Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to taxi, tour and transfer bookings made with Rent Shirdi Car (SAAD Enterprises), Shirdi.

Bookings & quotes

Quotes are shared on call, WhatsApp or email and depend on the vehicle, route, duration and season. A booking is confirmed once we confirm it to you in writing (WhatsApp/SMS/email).

Charges

Unless your quote says otherwise, tolls, parking, inter-state permits and driver night allowance may be charged extra. Ask for an all-inclusive quote if you prefer one fixed price.

Changes & cancellations

Please inform us as early as possible about changes or cancellations. Any advance refund is handled as agreed at the time of booking.

Travel conduct

Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles. Drivers follow traffic and safety laws; please do not ask them to overspeed or overload the vehicle.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, temple crowd controls or other events outside our control, but we will always do our best to get you to your destination on time.
